She is currently Information Management Assistant with George Town World Heritage Incorporated, where she designs and strategises the accumulation, management, analysis and dissemination of information to target audiences. Hidayah oversees the document management system and flow of information within the organisation, to ensure the easy filing and quick retrieval of information. She also manages the Resource Centre which hosts a varied collection of books, journals, magazines, videos and audio recordings. When she is not on duty at the Resource Centre, she can be found elsewhere in a midst of files and paperwork, organising them in a systematic manner. Hidayah graduated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Science (Records Management) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2015, and worked as a data entry clerk and conveyancing clerk for two years. Hidayah loves to cook but not baking due to a low success rate. Beliau merupakan pemegang Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains Maklumat (Kepujian) dalam Pengurusan Rekod dari Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) pada tahun 2015. Kini, Hidayah bekerjasama rapat dengan Pengurus Besar, memberikan sokongan secara langsung dalam pengurusan harian, penyelarasan, dan komunikasi. Setelah mengembara dan menetap di beberapa lokasi di Semenanjung Malaysia, beliau akhirnya memilih Pulau Pinang sebagai tempat tinggal selain menjadi sebahagian daripada pasukan yang dipertanggungjawabkan untuk menyokong usaha pemeliharaan dan pengurusan Tapak Warisan Dunia George Town. Penglibatan ini telah memperdalam penghargaan beliau terhadap keindahan, nilai dan kepentingan warisan dunia di samping menyumbang kepada perkembangan peribadi dan profesionalnya.
