She is currently Information Management Assistant with George Town World Heritage Incorporated, where she designs and strategises the accumulation, management, analysis and dissemination of information to target audiences. Hidayah oversees the document management system and flow of information within the organisation, to ensure the easy filing and quick retrieval of information. She also manages the Resource Centre which hosts a varied collection of books, journals, magazines, videos and audio recordings. When she is not on duty at the Resource Centre, she can be found elsewhere in a midst of files and paperwork, organising them in a systematic manner. Hidayah graduated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Science (Records Management) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2015, and worked as a data entry clerk and conveyancing clerk for two years. Hidayah loves to cook but not baking due to a low success rate. Beliau berkelulusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains Maklumat (Kepujian) Pengurusan Rekod dari Universiti Teknologi MARA pada 2015. Hidayah menyelia kerja secara satu-sama-satu mengenai tugas-tugas yang berkaitan dengan kerja dan menjadi medium bagi berkomunikasi dengan Pengurus Besar. Dia mengembara ke seluruh Semenanjung Malaysia sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk menetap di Pulau Pinang, yang sejak itu telah berkembang menjadi salah seorang penjaga Tapak Warisan Dunia George Town. Tapak ini telah mengajarnya keindahan sebuah tapak warisan dunia dan membantunya menjadi seorang insan. Dia menikmati kehijauan semula jadi yang ada pada tumbuh-tumbuhan disamping menghargai warisan budaya yang ada dalam kehidupan sehariannya.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row
