She obtained a master\u2019s degree in Anthropology from National Taiwan University in 2010, and gained international work experience, knowledge and skills on archaeological excavation, museum collection care and anthropological field works in Taiwan and New Zealand. Now as Senior Cultural Heritage Officer, Xin Yi develops, supervises and executes projects, conducts research and fieldwork, and reviews proposals to promote sustainable development and management. Her duties as Executive Assistant to the General Manager include preparing reference materials and resources from UNESCO and international agencies. Xin Yi\u2019s areas of expertise comprise intangible cultural heritage, UNESCO conventions, impact assessment, and object care. Memegang Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Antropologi daripada National Taiwan University, beliau membawa pengalaman melebihi satu dekad yang merangkumi pengurusan tapak Warisan Dunia, kerja lapangan arkeologi, serta penjagaan koleksi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebagai fasilitator bertauliah UNESCO bagi Konvensyen 2003, Xin Yi menghubungkan dasar peringkat tinggi dengan tindakan di peringkat tempatan. Beliau kerap bekerjasama dengan agensi antarabangsa dan komuniti setempat untuk memajukan pengurusan tapak yang mampan, latihan serantau, serta pemeliharaan warisan kebudayaan tidak ketara. Beliau juga berkhidmat sebagai Ahli Jawatankuasa Pakar Warisan Kebudayaan Tidak Ketara Negeri Pulau Pinang sejak tahun 2023.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row
