She is currently Information Management Assistant with George Town World Heritage Incorporated, where she designs and strategises the accumulation, management, analysis and dissemination of information to target audiences. Hidayah oversees the document management system and flow of information within the organisation, to ensure the easy filing and quick retrieval of information. She also manages the Resource Centre which hosts a varied collection of books, journals, magazines, videos and audio recordings. When she is not on duty at the Resource Centre, she can be found elsewhere in a midst of files and paperwork, organising them in a systematic manner. Hidayah graduated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Science (Records Management) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2015, and worked as a data entry clerk and conveyancing clerk for two years. Hidayah loves to cook but not baking due to a low success rate. Selepas tamat pengajian, dia menyertai bidang konservasi warisan selama beberapa tahun sebagai penolong konservator sebelum mengambil program MSc Sustainable Heritage di UCL, di mana dia didedahkan dengan amalan konservasi di UK dalam konteks muzium, koleksi, bangunan warisan dan landskap bersejarah. Pada tahun 2022, Siew Jing menyertai George Town World Heritage Incorporated sebagai Pegawai Alam Bina dan Pengurusan.
