The façade is European esque, Materials: Chinese Terracotta V shaped tiles for the roof, masonry walls and terracotta tile walls as it adjoins another godown. Timber floors and staircase and unusually large glass windows to the five foot way replicating a European shop front, Personalities: Phuah Hin Leong is associated with 9 Weld Quay which carries his company name above the doorway to the godown, George Town |
