REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR GEORGE TOWN FESTIVAL 2024 AND 2025

Come be an integral part of the George Town Festival, and create value through the internationally renowned annual event that showcases the best of Penang’s arts, culture, and heritage. Through this Request For Proposal (RFP), qualified parties are invited to submit proposals to curate, manage, and execute George Town Festival 2024 and 2025.

The awarded proposer is responsible for managing the execution of all aspects of the Festival, including but not limited to, concept development, planning, curating, programming, budget management, and promotional strategy. An allocation of RM1.5 million is available for each fiscal year.

The detailed RFP document can be downloaded from this page without charge. Proposers are required to attend a project briefing scheduled on 29 August 2022 (Monday) at 10:00 AM at the George Town World Heritage Incorporated office.
