George Town World Heritage Incorporated Internship Programme

The George Town World Heritage Incorporated Internship Programme is accepting applications this year from qualified candidates looking for practical onsite work experience in the George Town UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Through the programme which aims to cultivate a new generation of heritage professionals, interns will receive relevant work assignments and are provided with a useful learning experience to enhance their academic knowledge. They will have practical onsite work opportunities and receive on-the-job training that can be applied to other employment settings.

Applicants have to be at least 21 years old, be available for six months, and are either studying for a degree or recently graduated in the 12 months prior to commencing the internship. The applicant must have good communication skills in English and / or Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Tamil, as well as be computer savvy.
